Star batter Virat Kohli on Saturday refuted experiences that he earns a mindboggling ₹11.4 crore for every sponsored submit by Instagram.

A report by Instagram scheduling instrument Hopper HQ, tagged as Instagram Wealthy Listing 2023, positioned Kohli’s earnings from per submit on the meta platform over ₹11 crore, which the previous Indian captain termed “not true.”

“Whereas I’m grateful and indebted to all that I’ve obtained in life, the information that has been making rounds about my social media earnings is just not true,” Kohli wrote on his Twitter deal with.

Together with Kohli, Bollywood star Priyanka Chopra’s identify too figured within the Hopper listing, which was topped by soccer superstars Cristiano Ronaldo (round ₹26 crore per submit) and Lionel Messi (round ₹21 crore per submit).

Kohli, who has round 256 million followers on Instagram, is on the 14th place within the listing, whereas Chopra sits on the twenty ninth place.

Kohli was earlier featured on this Insta Wealthy listing again in 2019 and 2021.
