GUWAHATI:
A minor was discovered lifeless on the residence of BJP MP Rajdeep Roy in southern Assam’s Silchar city on August 26.
The 11-year-old boy was the son of a home assist staying on the MP’s residence on Radhamadhab Street in Silchar, the headquarters of the Cachar district. Mr. Roy represents the Silchar Lok Sabha seat.
“We despatched the boy’s physique to the Silchar Medical Faculty and Hospital for a complete post-mortem. An investigation can be being carried out to uncover the explanations behind his demise,” an area police officer stated, declining to be quoted.
The MP refused to talk with mediapersons.
